这是多么一次令人失望的旅行，完全不配五星酒店的服务。我5月22日入住，当天晚上酒店电梯口立了一块牌子，要严查每个客人。我出去吃饭，回酒店时被审问一次，才能上电梯，虽然电梯需要刷卡，但是同时还有很多人没有人管，完全是看人下菜啊。23日早上吃完9:30早餐，准备进电梯时，又被拦下，拿出房卡，告诉他们是酒店客人，需要回房间，被拦住必须报出姓名，房间号，身份证号码才能回去。5、6个人围在电梯口，一个服务员按住电梯门，完全把你当作敌人对待啊。可是同时进入电梯的其他人，要么没有人管，要么说是去3楼，就可以进电梯。后来来了几个穿制服的人，服务员躲到一边，完全是歧视外地人。后来所谓的住店经理之字不提她们的错误，完全是在敷衍。我10:30退房，按照惯例，E龙网当天就可以确认，退还担保金。我在中午就提交了房间号，但是酒店就是不肯确认，Elog
