非常差的服务、柜台人员态度表情不悦、夜间职班处理不当房客问题、无法解决房问题。办理入住之前已电话致电办理入住、表明是Voyager会员等级、但办理入住此酒店未做到给到会员Voyager等級Benifits、此酒店与其它朗豪酒店管理无法同一标准、是朗豪酒店集团最差的酒店！
