来厦门玩最后一晚选择的酒店，特别好，十一期间，价格也挺美丽，酒店在山上，环境优美，自然风光无限，酒店有摆渡车，24小时往返山上山下，很方便，早餐也很丰富，棒棒的

非常值得推荐的酒店！拥有其他五星级酒店没有的环境！服务态度非常好，因为我的航班是下午6点多的，酒店免费帮我延长到下午四点退房！早餐也非常丰富！下次去厦门一定再去！

酒店在山上，景色不错，睡眠和淋浴系统较好，早餐口味一般，但组织比较有序，网络和电视的效果真的太差了，小阳台不错，下次应该不会再选择入住。

前台服务太差！我入住期间洗了一件衣服65元，订的房间有赠送100元的洗衣费，我在离店结账时还特意和办理手续的服务员说了，她还特意查证了，但是结账时仍然收我65元洗衣服费，我由于着急走，也没细看帐单。我到机场时，前台才来电话让我回去酒店把发票重开再退我65元！无语！我往返车费都不止65元，再说时间也来不及了！钱不多，但不舒服！不会再住艾美了！

酒店周边属于森林氧吧，酒店园林景观设计也很好，尤其赞的是服务，从前台到房间至餐厅都感受到了艾美酒店的贴心服务，酒店还赠送了100元洗衣和送机服务，房间设计合理，卫生间干湿分隔，床品有助睡眠，如果我有更多时间就好了，会选折多住几天，艾美--下次见
