酒店在白鹭洲公园内，周围环境很好，很安静，很适合饭后漫步。酒店房间设施很简约，好像房间稍大点的快捷酒店，卫生间洗漱台非常小，连洗漱用品也放不下，如果是快捷酒店就是不说什么了，可是四星级的怎么可以这么低要求。酒店服务员没有一点服务意识，虽说我不需要太多服务，可总不能让客人自己去换咖啡豆，客人不明白用餐顺序还嘲讽客人。酒店安静中透出了冰冷。

酒店位于白鹭洲公园里，环境不错，早上在鸟鸣声中醒来。
德国雅高旗下的酒店服务是很规范和标准的，总体来说很满意，特别是餐饮服务非常热情到位，但酒店房间有点小了，五星级酒店淋浴🚿出水不够大，洗澡不够爽快，自助早餐品种太少了，没什么吃的，还有些吃完就不继续添加了！

性价比不高，地理位置不是很方便，比较难打车（遇到高峰期哪都去不了），虽然只有2岁的酒店但房间已经旧的不行，洗手间洗个澡满地都是水（从照片上可以看出门下长期泡水，应该不止我一个遇到这个问题），大堂还是比较气派的，周边比较安静。房间的枕头有恶心的汗臭味，五星级标准的酒店既然没有配备熨斗和熨衣板。员工的服务水平和素质都很不错。早餐属于中规中矩的五星级标准。酒店保安方面比较不错，夜间进出要查看房卡，并且询问住哪个房间整体评价3.6分吧！如果对酒店住宿要求高的人，不推荐选择。
