设施好，位置好，庭院里就有小门通向鳌园的木栈道，沿着海走过去很休闲。看见带孩子，就拿来了儿童牙具、浴袍、拖鞋。早餐也比较丰富。酒店有亲子戏水池。睡前还送来一罐桂圆红枣汤。总之是花了心思服务游客的。

服务真的没话说，可能是气候原因，感冒了，但是客服真的非常好，百宝箱💊都有。回程也安排了专车送机。就冲这个服务下次有机会来厦门一定还住在万达嘉华！

环境优雅大气。有孩子的朋友可以去定亲子主题房间小朋友会非常喜欢的。酒店设施很棒。汪冉小姐姐的服务态度很好虽然预定礼包中的晚安饮品没送退房后补送了两杯红茶还送了一个玩偶当做补偿之外其他服务都非常周到。

酒店的服务挺好的，有送欢迎茶和晚安汤，温泉房很有特色，有客厅、房间和盥洗间，里面有温泉池个汗蒸房，带着宝宝一起玩温泉，很舒服，唯一的缺点就是窗户太小了，不怎么看得见景色，酒店的早餐很丰盛，有海鲜火锅，吃的很过瘾
