交了两天的钱，第二天13点的时候打电话到房间问我要不要续住，影响我午睡了。还有房卡只给我刷一天的，导致我第二天13点过后房间进不去，打总台电话说明情况，服务员来开门的时候说不是这间吧，是隔壁那间吧，态度还不好，郁闷 自己睡哪一间然道我不懂吗？五星级酒店为什么会出现这么低级的小失误

前台管理不是到位，办理入住很慢去登记的时候工作人员说每个窗口都可以办理入住手续，结果排队的时候又莫名其妙的被别人说插队、说是要从第一个窗口排到第三个窗口，好吧以为是自己弄错了还连忙道歉，好吧工作人员又说可以是客人弄错了，晕、客人弄错了就可以这么随便职责人吗、前台不知道弄个明显点的栏杆把几个窗口弄明显点吗？
