这是我住过的最差的一家香格里拉，房间又小，床铺也小，服务很差，性价比超低，以后不会再住了！我退房的时候把iPad遗失在客房里，作为一线五星级酒店竟然都没有人打电话通知我，还是我晚上发现ipad没了才想起来丢在酒店里，于是给酒店打电话留了本人的手机号码，前台说如果找到会电话通知我,可我等了好久还是没收到电话，我再打过去前台说找到了，我就非常生气，既然找到了都不会电话通知吗？这是一线五星级该有的服务态度吗？真是非常无语😓

酒店环境很好，在香格里拉应该是环境最好的了。阿姨家厨的自助餐真的不错、尤其牛羊肉，服务也到位，推荐这里。
