香格里拉饭店环境、卫生、设施、服务都非常好。共入住三晚，度过了在香格里拉的美好时光。香格里拉饭店的早餐、中餐、晚餐自助餐非常好，火锅套餐也非常好，并且不贵。

很好，值得推荐，总共是订了三晚，由于老人高原反应比较严重，艺龙订的房间，本来是不能退的，但酒店方确认是高反比较严重，最后一晚就给退了，虽然过程有点复杂，但最终还是顺利完成，这个必须给酒店点个赞，非常人性化，使我们的旅程能更愉快的进行，非常感谢！
