谈几点：
1.我住的是和上次来一样的大床房，标准还是一样的国际标准，很好，只看房间硬件配置绝对给五星推荐
2.然而，和上次入住相比，管理似乎没有进步，反而退步了一半，不知道是不是春节人手有限所致，我们从进入停车场停车一直到走到前台登记，这途中居然没有一个人管我，我只能理解为春节缺少人手了，前台美女态度和业务各方面还是很好的，很快就为我办好登记顺利入住。
3.上一次给我们惊喜的自助餐这一次很明显退步了，可能也是人手不够用吧，牛排什么的都是一堆整好放在盘里自己取，还和味不一样的海鲜放在一起的，这样真的好吃吗？串味，肉老是我唯一的记忆，这里只举个别典型。
希望贵公司管理层好好搞，别把这个品牌在故乡搞砸了

设施新，饭菜可口。前台接待服务周到。由于预定上出来点问题，酒店积极的帮助解决，没让客人操心。由于地处云南的欠发达地区，因此客房服务人员需要加强培训。
