在网上看了评价，本身对服务就不抱期待。住这里仅仅是因为到了香格里拉就要住香格里拉集团的酒店的情怀。离独克宗1.5公里，位置不错，早餐也有五星酒店的普通水平。就是服务意识有点不到位，在门口两个小伙子站着也不会主动帮你搬行李到后备箱，大门也经常没有人，所以会自己拖着重箱子自己推厚重的大门。房间是特别让人崩溃的，中央空调下午可以制冷，到了晚上就没有冷风，房间闷得要命，一晚上没有睡好！除了你有香格里拉情怀，个人真不推荐！

香格里拉终于有了一家香格里拉酒店，很喜欢酒店的风格，与当地文化充分的融入于结合。在房间内能够看到雪山。床也很舒服。价格也不贵，总之是很划算。唯一不足是餐厅有待改善。
