入住一晚，本以为这样的价位应该有同等的服务，前台简直不可理喻，前一晚点了一份水果，咨询了前台是有的也可以送的，等了一晚都没人再搭理我们，我认为至少可以告知一下。另外早上起来再大厅就看见一位男士被前台黑脸，弄得大叔莫名其妙无可奈何，再说说开发票事宜，明明有准确规定普通增值税发票可以把消费一方的公司名称及纳税号打上去的，第一次遇到强硬的，她们就是不给打，前台好像叫刘莹的说，国家规定也不行，我们财务说了算，我们说不行就不行，整个过程身边围了一堆人都认为服务有问题，你可以解释，你可以不按国家要求，但你不能态度恶劣，我消费不是看你们脸色的，大厅寄存行李乱七八糟随便谁动谁挪动…请问大名顶顶的香格里拉，你要这样霸气下午吗？
