性价比极高，工作、服务人员亲切有礼貌，几个细节值得表扬：
1.入住时四个行李箱是酒店服务人员主动推送到房间的。
2.预订房间含两位早餐，我们有两早增加一位，餐厅带班经理都给予免费了。
3.离开酒店后接到酒店经理电话，征求入住感受和意见。
一次极舒服的入住，感谢，再来湘潭还选铭逸。

酒店基础设施尚可，服务确实是很好，因不方便停车，保安部谭师傅主动上前询问，并带至地下停车场，并主动帮忙拿行李，热情好客。有种宾至如归的感觉。赞！

朋友推荐的酒店，感受到了湖南人民的热情招待，特别是保安大哥帮忙把行李箱从地下停车场提到前台，服务员康梅丽送了儿童洗漱套装和果盘，晚上还有免费的银耳莲子羹，第二天早餐也有儿童专用餐盘，吃的东西也很多，下次再到湘潭还会选择这家网红酒店！

湘潭铭逸酒店，很不错。服务人员素质高，服务热情周到，每个遇到的服务人员都能亲切地打招呼，尤其是我们从地下停车场上楼，有一位名叫周泽洲的服务员热情地帮忙拿行李，并一直帮我们送到房间里。早餐丰富。有免费停车场。房间大，设施齐全。
