酒店非常不错！各方面都很满意！熟客了，酒店服务人员很贴心！入住的时候带了中药出门时忘记放冰箱了，酒店服务人员帮忙放到冰箱了而且还特意拿了一杯白糖过来也写了小卡片反正相当的暖心！会继续选择这家酒店！

大二爸妈来看我的时候住的这里，印象特别好所以毕业前也住的这里。虽然离学校远但是自驾还挺方便，环境好设施好，大厅和房间都芳香扑鼻，装修典雅，最重要的是服务一流，特别贴心，办入住的时候小哥就端来两杯水，上楼还帮我们按电梯，一家三口住的亲子双床房，两张床都有1.5米，床品干净舒适，睡得很好，而且还准备了小孩子的牙刷，拖鞋，洗衣袋和公仔，儿童书，魔方等，非常适合带小孩的家庭。卫生间有吹衣服的风口特别方便，每次都要夸一下！早餐28品种很多，味道也不错，服务人员态度都非常好，是在湖南住过的服务最好的酒店，以后回学校什么的还会住这里，性价比超级超级高，非常非常满意！入住还送了水果，可惜没拍照，放两张学校的图，来湘潭住这里不会错。

每次来湘潭都住这，服务态度特别好从前台到楼层，特别是每次一个胡美莲的服务员，每次来都遇她接待，这次又突发状况，她给予了热心的帮助，非常感谢，酒店的软件绝对让客人有宾至如归的感觉
