平心而论，铭逸酒店的服务还是不错的，只不过是第一次的住宿，前台接待的一个表现让我反感（具体原因，可以查看之前的评论），经过其酒店人员的解释，我再给他们一次机会，这次的表现还是可以的，以后有机会再来湘潭的话，我还是愿意入住该酒店的。

酒店位置方便，房间装修虽然有点旧，但是保养维护做得很好，地面墙面擦得干净光洁。早餐品种不是很多但搭配口味都不错，特别是对外只收二十元一位确实超值，另外请客吃了两顿中晚餐菜品味道很赞。整体服务水平在同级酒店中可以位列前茅，值班的客服王经理工作很细致到位，入住前后都有电话追踪服务，美中不足的是停车位不够，地下停车场环境太差，技术不好的进出都有问题。总之是值得推荐，下次还会入住。

每次来湘潭都是住这边，离板塘城际站比较近，休闲房还送了一小盘水果，卫生什么的都挺好。
