新昌瑞和渡假村总的说还是不错的，里面很大，当天去时正好有几个结婚宴，里面车很多，但保安指挥得当，还是很好的安排车位，房间卫生也可以，设施都比较满意，特别房间服务员，对工作很负责热情，我当时宽带无线上不去，马上去给我拿连接线，并亲自爬到桌下给我接上，等我能上线了再走，早餐不怎么好，没有自助的，是面条，而者烧得也很少一碗，都吃不饱，不过和服务员说了又给我们送来一碗，应该说服务还是不错的。酒店位置离城区有点远，但到十九峰比较近。

该度假村已有10多年之久，环境很不错，有很多外国朋友光顾。唯一不足的一点是，开空调风机比较嘈。

自然环境挺好，空气清新，别墅后面还有个山可以爬，吃好早餐随便玩玩也挺不错。缺点：酒店硬件设施太老旧，抽水马桶抽水装置是坏的，每次抽水都是把手浸到水箱里手动打开橡皮塞；房间里没有瓶装饮用水也就算了，偏偏水龙头放出来的水还有一股味道，根本没敢喝。我问了隔壁房间的客人，大家都只好去外面买了瓶装水进来烧了喝。另外洗澡的莲蓬头出水的装置很奇怪，大概是我少见多怪了，从来没看见过上下一起出水的，而且还没办法调节。住过一次足已，下次不会再去了。

地址稍微偏僻了些，但总体不错。空气清新，卫生服务也不错。就是吃饭不合理，设了最低消费标准。
