第一个房间：下水道堵加漏水，卫生间全是头发！换！
换了第二个房间：基本没热水，房间卫生堪忧。让换！
结果服务员前台不给换？？？说没房间了来忽悠。
找来负责人要求调开系统给看，发现有好几个房间还没入住。最后换了个房间，过得去。前台还不让延迟到下次来一起开发票。真的不能更火了！

酒店位置比较偏，周围没什么基础设施，不过山边的空气很好，酒店比较旧了，挂牌三星，还凑合，早餐也还好😊总体满意。

同程投诉：我们一起行11人在同程预定了3天2晚的瑞和度假村，并于2016年7月29日18:00左右办理了手续，入住瑞和度假村别墅房A幢。7月31日清晨无意中碰到了挂在房间门锁上的钥匙，钥匙一断为二。办理退宿手续时，我们将事情的前因后果跟前台进行说明，前台服务员随口报价，一会儿说10元，一会儿说30元，在无法拿出度假村关于损坏钥匙赔偿细节规定的情况下，从订房押金中扣除30元，沟通时前台口气凶狠，态度恶劣，服务质量极差。

已去过三次了，适合朋友自驾住，周围坏境很好，设施有点旧，卫生还算干净，价格也不贵，我们在别墅里自己做饭菜，吃饭喝酒喝茶聊天，特别自在，下次有机会再去。

现在这个时间还不如住连锁酒店，这个酒店还是比较老的，是山庄，所以周边没有可逛的，免费的矿泉水也不提供，晚上在酒店付费点了个面条吃，第二天送的到早餐没有自助餐（人少的原因），厨师也只做了面条。
