位置不错，环境优美，经常入住。已经连续三年入住瑞和度假村。但这次入住，整幢楼水颜色发黄，无法洗澡，喝水的净水还是强烈要求下才提供1箱，这次我们定了8个房间，还有5个小朋友

第一次入住服务态度挺好的，就是开了两房间其中一个里面不锁门外面居然能打开；还有碰到热水出来是锈水放上一个小时也这样，去前台都在反应后来经理给了矿泉水，洗澡就不能了

房间小，设施陈旧老化，衣柜门没了一半，空气散发一股浓浓的霉味，洗漱台上黑漆漆的腐烂了，墙纸发霉了……这些都不是事～忍了～但是：隔音差是什么鬼？昨天晚上11点左右一房间估计在上演激烈动作片，那女的叫的那叫一个撕心裂肺，我估计走廊上的回声，久久的荡气回肠，不能平静～让我差点以为有凶杀案发生……隔音差有特殊爱好的朋友，可以去听，不必耳朵贴墙角，正大光明自己房间泡壶茶，静静地等待夜幕来临，你会听到此起彼伏的各种声音～不用谢，请叫我雷锋
