就是个浴室, 确实搞不懂为什么标的是5星, 服务就是浴室是服务。没有去过的朋友可以想象一下，去当地的比较好的浴室 然后在包厢过个夜，就是这么个感受。
服务员的态度倒是还可以，其他什么都不好，比如早餐，因为没人，只有4，5个点心

同程服务给5星，遇到问题积极解决，这是我始终选择同程的首要原因。br温泉方面，明明主楼有房确称无房，非逼着我们住副楼，令同程和我们都很恼火。br但酒店和温泉的品质还是令人满意的，设施很新，服务态度很好；除了温泉，还有游泳池和亲子嬉水池，K歌也免费，特别是二楼的点菜份量适中，味道极好，颠覆了我们对河南餐馆的印象，一家老小都爱吃，希望下次去时不要换厨师。

酒店干净卫生，装修高大上；工作人员服务态度也很好，除了前台的一位脸色不怎么好看外；温泉池很多，提供有免费浴巾、热水、密封袋、吹风机、护手霜，最喜欢小鱼和溶洞的温泉池；房间内提供有免费农夫山泉，一次性洗漱用品，就是没吹风机；健身房的免费台球、乒乓球室也不错，要是有羽毛球馆就更好了；酒店的餐厅有点贵，一个扬州炒饭都要二十多；酒店押金一间一千，并不是三百，幸好带的有卡；综合比较后，想泡温泉的还是推荐去试一下的。坐车的话从火车站旁边的公交车发车站有直达鸡公山的小巴，12元/人。

绝对好评！吃饭，沐浴，休闲一体化。春节也正常营业。就是加班人数太少服务不过来。不然会更棒！
