酒店环境设施蛮好 就是免费健身房 免费乒乓球等娱乐 都没有开或者不让用 有些荒，还在施工，担心安全问题 前台有个女服务员态度不怎么样 在景区外

酒店服务态度太差，携程上成功预定信息都已发确认信息，奔波一天抵达酒店，酒店方却说未收到预定，让自己打电话，前台服务员态度太差，预定信息第三方传第也有问题，很不满意！！！
