全部住满，本来订了两个大床房被临时通知只有一个大床房了，还都是最西边的房间，42度高温，可想而知啊！房卡只有一张，只能进去之后才能用电，开了四个小时空调还是28度，还有虫子在墙上爬……

很不明质的选择！离市区很远周边配套设施太差。吃饭出行非常不方便！只有离鸡公山风景区相对来讲很近。如果要游玩鸡公山更好的选择劝大家住山顶的酒店尚好！酒店设施也一般一共三层还没有电梯。只能走员工通道！

硬件可以，服务软件太差！连住两天没有洗刷用品，没有纸巾，电话打再多，没人接。办理手续慢，管理不到位，分工不明确！

这个小旅馆距离市区好好的远啊，开车走了1个小时还没到的，在山脚下被大水拦截，过不去了，立即返回，改换门庭，酒店很不讲理，不给退款，难道叫我们坐快艇过去吗，经过携程多次协商沟通，还是收取了违约款，发大水无法抵达，是不可抗力的天灾呀，看了这家旅馆人性化管理差的太远啦，大家都不要去啦
