因为要去植物园和望天树，所以选择了这家。是我住过的同价位的五星酒店里最差的，没有之一。虽然看了点评已经有心理准备，但是看到这个浴缸还是突破了我的底线。更让人不舒服的是早餐，已经不要求品种丰富味道好了，基本的卫生都做不到，餐台上狼藉一片，每天地上都有散落的水果就是没有人收。饮料倒翻了，客人差点滑一跤，请服务员来收拾，服务员一脸漠然走过去，五分钟后还是不来，靠墙站着发呆。我实在看不过去，提醒她，她还是一脸漠然看着我。系统性的管理问题，云投集团把这个连锁品牌给毁了。敢问这样的设施和服务怎么敢收小两千一晚的房价！除了地点，完全不推荐。

露台房的露台实在实在太脏，无法步入，蜘蛛网很多。
洗手间的地面实在实在看着难受，卫生需要好好做一下。
淋浴房的手持喷头是坏的，只能用头顶花洒洗澡。
特别注明了送精美欢迎果盘，结果是三只完整的水果，柿子还没有熟。
早餐的水果是馊的无法食用。
赠送的三十分钟足部SPA其实是去了一人一个木桶泡脚，还得踩在塑料袋里。
两千块钱的费用，实在心疼，不推荐。

酒店有点远，在中科院热带植物园边上，从景洪市区过来要1个小时。因为疫情原因，客人很少很少，好处是让我们安静的品味了酒店。老牌子的国际大牌酒店还是不错的，有人评论说蚊虫太多，这种都是绿植的园林一样的度假酒店，没有蚊虫才怪了，东南亚的不都是这样么。酒店员工还是挺客气的，见面会打招呼，晚上还送了小蛋糕。来版纳还是值得住一晚的。
