如果是五星级酒店的话服务有待提高，服务人员说话态度生硬，感觉不到热情，有些失望。入住后到了房间，订的是园景房，给安排的三楼房间，阳台是一大面墙，像待在一个盒子里，一丝绿色也看不到，何来园景？打电话给服务台，过了一会回电话说给换房，一直在房间等了十几分钟，小朋友困得不行中途打过电话催了一次才过来，最后给换了五楼的房间，房间用吹风机的时候要一只手扶住插座，不然插头就会松，房间内的安全锁也是要吐槽的，起不到安全锁的作用，不知道是坏了还是设计缺陷，另外房间蚊子超多，半夜小宝胳膊上，脸上被咬了好多，哎，拍了半个小时蚊子，这一夜睡得呀～半夜了也不要麻烦人家服务人员了～对了，好歹也送两瓶矿泉水呀，但是没看到赠饮的标识～

辣鸡酒店，第一次去的时候没有大床房给我免费升级了，接下来就不愿意给升级，任何一家四星酒店都可以在没有预定房间的前提下升级房间，然而皇冠的大堂经理魏存立就是这么牛逼，就是不给你升，用户开车几十公里感到酒店没有拿到预想的房间，车费谁来出，我在需求立写的很明白要大床房，到了酒店就让我花钱升级！我住这么多次皇冠，徐州的服务可以说是最垃圾的！
