非常好的酒店，地处大龙湖，环境优美，秉承“假日”一贯风格，前台服务刘艾敏周到细致，热情亲切，为我办理了IHG会员，以便享受“管家”式服务。王明明亲自示范，用IHG帮助我预订镇江兆和皇冠假日酒店，给人一种宾至如归的感觉。餐厅菜品丰富，品质讲究，布餐合理，环境优美，服务周到。特别是餐厅经理刘美琪热情友好，亲切细致，介绍酒店餐饮特色 ，服务员服务很好。房间设施齐全，布局合理，干净整齐，令人舒适。下次到徐州还要入住。
