酒店位置非常好，就在滨湖公园边上，晚上吃过饭可以走去公园散步，打车去人工沙滩和其他地方非常便捷。本来定的没有窗户的房型，但是前台主动给升级了带有阳台的房间，还送了两个宝宝两套儿童洗漱用品，服务非常贴心。早饭很丰富，想吃的基本都有。带孩子到云龙湖云龙山附近景区玩的话，强烈推荐这家酒店，下次去徐州依然会选择这里。

环境优美，停车方便，房间足够大，特别是周边的云龙湖风景休闲锻炼真不错，早餐品种很多，味道不错，下次必来。

虽然是老牌五星酒店 但是由于年久失修 好多设施都老化了 马桶冲了一回以后一直跑水 把手需要多拉几次才好用 拖鞋 牙具 洗浴用品都很低端 毛巾虽然是白的 但是摸起来发粘 房间隔音特别不好 隔壁聊天 声音一直传过来 虽然给升级了高楼层 但是在电梯旁 一大早就被跑来跑去的孩子超醒了 洗澡水倒是很大 但是顺着玻璃到处流 拖鞋又滑 总之不好

早餐不错，中式西式什么都有，进入酒店感觉很温馨，前台接待很有礼貌，很人性化，喜欢酒店的装修风格，每个房间隔音很好，晚上睡了一个好觉，女儿说以后去徐州就住这家了！
