非常不愉快的一次体验。入住当晚在酒店泳池游泳，泳池一侧的地面没有任何防滑措施，根本不应该开放给客人通行，所谓警示极不明显，根本起不到作用。抱着孩子硬生生摔倒在瓷砖地面上，孩子后脑勺着地，哭闹不止，我右肘严重摔伤，疼痛难忍，康体中心服务员连声道歉，表示要立刻改进，结果到了值班经理却各种推诿，不承担任何责任，对于我提出去医院检查以确保没事的要求更是一口拒绝，令人非常气愤，完全没有五星级酒店应有的责任感和服务理念。除此之外，入住时前台冷冰冰看不到微笑，退房时的服务员更是全程没有抬头面对客人，自助餐厅的早餐和晚餐质量也是十分勉强，完全达不到五星的水准。总之是一次非常失望的入住，是我住过的最不合格的五星酒店，永远不会推荐，也不会再入住。
