办理入住时前台的态度已经令人非常不爽，可惜因为是假期缘故我们怕找不到其它酒店，快快办理了入住。我原来订的两间套房网站上描述并没有说是一厅两房的结构，之后朋友来电说行程突然取消，搞得我一家三口住了两间套房共4个房间！900块钱！到前台交涉，完全是一副不能协商不能退钱的样子，到了晚上看他整幢公寓亮起的灯光，我算明白了！假期旺季，入住率不到20%！送上门来的水鱼，肯定得抓住的！保安？没有，分A、B幢公寓，所有人可以自出自进两幢楼房，楼下车场根本没有保安看管，贵重的车子还是自求多福吧！退房结帐，不能开发票，房间里什么都没有送，原来看评论还说有什么门票之类的，一概没有！异常坑爹的一次住店！只怪自己出行太仓促，没有好好了解才预订！

位置不错，服务一般，前台一问三不知。假期价钱高，送了两张大角湾门票和风筝，要自己到旅游服务中心领取，另外价钱立减24却扣了340整，问了要入住完才退回，不知会不会退～

出酒店右手边走十多分钟可以到大角湾，离海滩就更近了，地理位置还行，推荐给喜欢周边环境较近的朋友，不过它也不是唯一的，它的后面还有海宝等两家。住宿环境一般，我住的B栋有装修材料的气味很重。没有wifi。A栋据她们说没气味。
