1、明明写了可以接受信用卡，但到店后却不行。
2、前台服务态度很差。
3、客房内装修非常一般，多处有破损
4、客房内没有任何资料介绍，到大厅询问才知道，房内电话无法和其他房间通话，极不方便。
5、半夜12点空调突然坏了后，将入住该间房的70岁的老人和7岁多的小孩安排到较远的楼层，当时对面的客房其实是空置的，反复交涉，并且说明我们明天早上8点就退房，不会影响其他客人入住，酒店方仍不肯为自己房间的问题负责，反而还要求如果搬到对面要补交100元，非常让人气愤！
6、订房时因为看到有点评说可以看到海景，于是要求有海景的房，但艺龙却告知说酒店无海景房，但到店后却看到有带阳台的海景房，这不是欺诈行为吗！

星期六日旺季去比较贵啊。。房间没有WIFI, ,公寓离海滩售票处还是比较远的。房间设备还是比较新的，中央空调，热水要开很久才有。大床房的床比较细。然后。就没有然后了。
