我交现金的时候出现了多交钱的争议，店家死活不认账，本来调取录像看看就行了，怎知道摄像头不是对着交收台的，远远的摄像头记录的画面只有右上角的一小块，很不清晰！我很怀疑是不是有意这样做的，各位住客交钱的时候自带录像机吧。祝各位住客不会多付房费！

到了旅店，居然不承认同程订的房间，工作人员说话带点我的地方我做主，后来是同程的工作人员沟通后才让进，进了房间有股霉味，本来想退房的，但因时间实在是太晚了，为了让小孩子早点睡，没办法将就睡一晚，但睡到床上，被子跟床垫有粘嗒嗒的感觉，估计是没窗不透气的缘故，唉，这旅店不会再有下次了
