到了旅店，居然不承认同程订的房间，工作人员说话带点我的地方我做主，后来是同程的工作人员沟通后才让进，进了房间有股霉味，本来想退房的，但因时间实在是太晚了，为了让小孩子早点睡，没办法将就睡一晚，但睡到床上，被子跟床垫有粘嗒嗒的感觉，估计是没窗不透气的缘故，唉，这旅店不会再有下次了

服务员超级热情，环境卫生很好。周边交通便利，地理位置优越。晚上也很安静。推荐入住。只是好像没有电吹风。

周边环境还可以，处繁华地段，近瘦西湖。出行也比较方便。酒店设施实在不敢恭维，好像所有的房间都没有窗户，我们住的放假间也没有通风设施，房间内空气很差，而且很压抑。白天没有热水，卫生也不怎么样。态度不能说不好，至少是不热情吧。没有专属停车位。
