这是第二次住这酒店，我们都是订的一样的房间，这次给我们的房间小了，没有沙发没有浴缸，还跟我们说你们订的就是这种房间，我给前台看了两次订房记录是一样的，后来才给我们换了，刚开始还不给我们换，挺不开心！服务态度差！

酒店总体还可以，但是也有不足之处，房间设备老化需要维修，酒店地点处在开发区，正在建设高架所以比较脏，灰尘很大交通不太方便，酒店大堂没有想象中的高大上的感觉，服务和卫生方面总体还可以。下次有时间去杭州不建议住这个酒店，酒店离市中心太远了，联系还是住离市中心近一点的酒店，喜来登到冶春吃早茶来回打车费要40元。

感觉达不到五星级酒店，很小的地下车库，感觉是招待所。游泳池也很小，漏带了一个泳帽，还规定必须要戴，结果花了39元钱买了一个很差的泳帽，游完就扔了。
