酒店设施完全与喜来登管理和入住价位不符，所住楼层极不安全，窗外紧连另栋楼顶平台，卫生间设施陈旧简陋，房间整体卫生条件一般。

位置稍显偏僻，不过因为靠近G40沪陕高速，交通方面还算可以。唯一遗憾的是中餐厅，第一晚点餐，速度奇慢，一盆清炒水芹，明显没有洗，有腐叶和草梗，其他菜品味道也不衬酒店的五星水准。但架不住无敌的清新空气，所以下次去还是首选，但应该不会在酒店吃饭了。

第二次入住了，酒店的硬件设施非常好，服务不错，床品舒适，这次刚入住，发现硬件上出现点小问题，酒店人员及时解决并送上水果，感觉不错。酒店离扬州汽车站很近，附近有红星美凯龙和麦德龙，出行也比较方便。
