酒店位置较好，硬件还行，软件不够好，，大堂吧服务员不在岗，买个冰激凌还要现叫人。早餐去餐厅绕来绕去，路上还堆了很多餐桌和餐椅，仿佛进了库房。早餐添菜不及时。服务指南上说可以选择多种枕头，可是电话客服告知只有荞麦皮的，其他都没有，既然没有就不要承诺。客房卫生打扫不好，用过的咖啡杯水杯都不清洗一下。
