比较差的一次住宿体验。订了四个房间，其中两间有问题。一间洗澡洗了一半没热水了，娃正好冲了一半。。。感冒。。一间厕所的门坏了，酒店白天不给开空调，家里老人穿着秋衣裤被关在里面40多分钟才打开。比较气愤的是酒店方面的态度。先是等值班经理等了很久，来了之后也不解决问题，让我自己联系同程。我说我已经联系了，但要等一个小时才能答复我。这位牛逼的经理说，反正你们都等了这么久了，也不在乎多等一个小时。从8点多反反复复折腾到12点。第一次遇到这种事。比较生气。反正以后也不会住华美达了，给大家提个醒吧。
