每次到扬州都入住凯莎华美达，服务好设施全，因为我比较喜欢健身和泳池，但这次来发现健身房的器材把手需要维修了，还有泳池墙壁也得出新了。
健身完回到房间发现服务员送来的水果点心，真的很暖心。下次过来扬州，我还是一样会入住此，推荐推荐。

酒店位置不错，距离扬州步行街距离很近，酒店外观不错，大堂也不错，早餐也可以😊，值得表扬的是有婴儿床提供，不过需要自己要求，没有主动提供。房间一般吧，第一个房间空调坏了，喊了三次都没有来修理，回复工作人员吃饭去了，最后在我们要求下换了一个房间。游泳池🏊🏻实在不怎样，没有看见安全员，冲凉地方环境太简陋，孩子还被划破脚。服务态度一般吧，是要喊几遍才能过来。

酒店前台非常热情 给我们升级了房间 有欢迎水果 有游泳池 游泳池服务员也非常好的 房间很干净 离东关街很近走过去就行 晚上睡觉很安静 总之很不错
