酒店位置不错，隔河就是东关街及古渡口，离个园、何园也不远。但酒店硬件、软件与其星级不配，先说硬件，房间卫生间被浴缸占用后，淋浴地方很狭小，转身都困难；淋浴间门密封不好，水流了一地；坐便器与淋浴间距离太小，起身头碰到淋浴间玻璃上；卫生间居然是用帘布围挡；整个卫生间的面积应该说是蛮大的，不知被脑残的设计成这样？无语。软件服务方面，也只能说是差强人意，问前台要地图，说没有了，再问哪里还有，就不回答了。门口保安也不能主动安排车子停放。总之有许多不如意地方，有许多改进地方。
