国庆期间带着七十多岁的父母和十几岁的两小孩游扬州，预订了星程天缘酒店。第一天入住还算满意，继续预订了第二天，该店经理也答应帮我们预留第二天房间，可是第二天晚上我们从我们游玩归来，却被告知没有房间了！！！天啊！我们一家老少怎么办？这家宾馆怎么如此没诚信！！！有这样开宾馆的吗？就这样欺负外来游客的吗？
