酒店地处闹市，位置很好。酒店外不远处就有直达火车站和长途车站的公交车，去瘦西湖步行就可，到其他景点的距离也都不算远。酒店周边有不少餐馆，就餐方便，其对面的“东园”价格便宜，卫生干净。
订的是家庭套房，房间比较大，大床占一小间，另两张床占大间，床也十分寬，睡着也很舒服。房间位置好，不觉得吵。房间可延至14点退房，可以放心地玩一上午。
不足之处：酒店没有任何旅游信息，问服务员也多说不清。前台服务态度一般。酒店不主动向客人介绍订房页面注明的有“礼”，对其中的“每房首日赠送扬州特产1份”，酒店以现有特产已过期为由省去；而“每日赠送欢迎饮料2杯”也没兑现。其实客人并不在乎这点东西，但酒店既然承诺，就应主动兑现，别让客人有受骗之感。

酒店相当设施陈旧，饭店周围嘈杂，简直糟透了，下次白送我都不会来住。马桶盖还是裂开的！
