第二次入住，服务excellent . 入住头一天宾馆的人员就打电话询问需要什么样的房间，几点入住，都安排妥当！性价比超高！只是健身房的设施不够齐全，我酷爱健身，哑铃太陈旧了，建议更换吧！

很好的酒店，环境不错，特别是大堂经理王贵荣，退房时看我们好几千里来烟台玩，主动问车里有没有矿泉水，真的体现一个五星酒店的服务，假如都能像她这样，这个酒店一定财源广进，酒店现在缺的就是细节上的服务，以后还会来这个酒店住
