第一次住这个酒店，坐机场巴士可以直接到达酒店门口，很便利。入住期间的体验非常棒，不愧是五星级的酒店，无论从设施还是服务都首屈一指！房间很宽敞，装修风格也很大气，值得一提的是房间里的外置浴缸，很有情调，细节之处彰显精致，床上用品非常柔软舒适，服务员提前落实了到店时间，提前给开了空调，拖鞋和毛巾也会提前备好，每天还赠送了水果，还有员工手写的欢迎信，很用心！房间营造的气氛很温馨！服务员看到客人都面带微笑，很亲切！早餐也是非常丰富，中西结合，饺子和灌汤包都是现做的，热腾腾的吃起来很有家的味道！这中间还有一个小插曲，到机场后发现水杯忘记带了，酒店员工很热情地帮我找了，还帮我邮寄到单位，非常非常感谢！住过很多家酒店，没有一家像这个酒店，对待客人像家人一样，丢在房间里的袜子也帮我洗干净晾起来了，非常感动！由衷感谢酒店的全体服务人员，以后来烟台还住这里！
