住过的五星级价格比澳门还便宜，服务有史以来最好的，礼宾拿箱到房间，服务台女服务员帮按电梯，酒店早餐女服务员宋子怡不错很帮忙，走了还送，不错，酒店二楼餐厅也很好。

酒店服务特别好，本人相当满意，比皇冠假日要好上百倍！尤其是前台的服务特别棒：前台的大堂经理郭换，及服务员，小牛，李晓程，小敏，小芃！还有礼宾员，小君， 比之前华美达的服务要好太多，本人感触很深，之前没有给开车门的服务员，现在车刚到，就有人来开门了，真的是很感动！ 为她们的服务点赞👍

服务到位的让人太意外太舒心啦💕
昨晚洗了澡早早就睡下了袜子没洗，今天一天的课程中午一点多钟下课，由于在减肥中种种东西不能乱吃，叫了外卖没吃完放那就去上课啦。今晚九点下课回来看见已洗好的袜子，洗漱用品和生活用品整齐的摆放在另外准备的小方巾上，茶几上的水果，还有字迹并不完美的书信……感动[爱心][爱心][爱心]旅途在外，这样的服务和用心不是每个酒店人员都能做到的。敬佩酒店有这样的好员工，更敬佩酒店管理层能如此人性化的让员工心甘情愿去给客人做这些❤️
人在外如同家一般的感觉[拥抱]真好……
