设施比较老旧，尤其是公寓，服务很好，尤其是餐厅的刘元军很热心，大堂很高档，服务和大堂还有餐厅够得上五星但客房的设施也就三星。

挺好的酒店，服务真心不错，距离南站打车大概十几分钟，酒店房间也很好很干净，附近也有小超市和餐馆，下次出差还会过来这里住

酒店的设施很新，服务也很好。早餐种类很丰富，同级别酒店中很难找到。有个服务生叫李金雯的，漂漂亮亮的，服务热情周到，帮我们选餐送餐，太感谢了。好评!

第一次来烟台，在艺龙网上订的酒店，酒店大堂很大气，前台美女很温柔，办理入住手续的时候对提出的各种问题都认真及时的解决，特别是当晚值班小杜，服务热情周到，还特意送了一本烟台旅游景点的书，对提出的房间问题也很快解决了，特别棒，酒店的早餐也不错，内容丰富，值得一试，餐厅的实习生隋桐的服务也很周到，头一天没吃到素包和蒸饺，第二天的早餐还特意帮我送过来，很心细，同时热情的推荐了餐厅的酸奶，味道不错，都想打包带走了。酒店的硬件环境还是不错，房间还是挺大，地毯稍稍有点显旧，不过打扫的比较干净，床睡着很舒服，听说有些还在装修，希望下次来会更好哦！
