酒店的服务没得说，免费升级了房间。客房管家送我上门。
碰巧感冒了，酒店送了姜糖水和体温表。感谢小齐，晓庆。
第二天早上拉了东西在房间，梅霞服务员给我去了电话。
虽然用水的时候，有点小问题，但是很好的解决了。总之感觉挺好。

离烟台南站很近，打个车就起步价。早餐很丰富，用餐环境也很好，服务员很热情，周边小吃也挺多，比较适合出差。

酒店距离烟台南站很近，还没入住酒店就主动电话询问，对房间有什么要求，如是否无烟，朝向等，服务周到热情。房间干净又安静，设施齐全，床软硬适合。早餐非常丰富，而且每天菜品都有变化，餐厅服务也很棒，尤其是早餐一名叫李金雯的女服务员给我留下印象的印象，每次都会主动过来询问，饭菜是否合满意，是否还需要什么，非常友好。这次住了三天，总体感觉很好，下次来还会选择入住。
