这个酒店非常不错，房间很大，最重要的是服务员的态度特别好，尤其点名感谢孙佳慧、宁永照、张洪梅和夏燕四位服务员。住起来比较舒服。价格也比较实惠，性价比很高，下次来烟台玩会再次来住的。

服务意识很不错，前台张经理处理事务很快速有礼貌，弥补了不足，尤其值得称道的是大堂的服务生都很主动并有礼貌，早餐也丰富有特色。
