每次来烟台必住酒店，五星级服务和享受。大厅宽敞豪华，装饰漂亮舒适 ，特别是服务温馨细致，一进大门就有帅哥帮忙提行李，直接提到房间，退房时帮忙将行送上车。房间大气，舒适，设施新，很舒服。这次春节期间入住，房间送了水果的同时，客房部栾晓庆、李雪梅还给我们送新年小礼物，并写有贺卡，暖到心里。
