酒店管理非常好，到宜昌各个地方都方便，设施完善，最重要的是前台接待非常好，并且免费给升级了房间，赠送了水果，本来第二天想走了，没舍得前台接待的小黄，又续住了一晚

酒店的服務特別好，而且特別溫馨。我們訂的是親子房，因為酒店說親子房暑假需求特別大，床上用品還在趕製而沒能用上卡通，但她們為了彌補小朋友的失望還特別選了兩份特別可愛的禮物送給寶貝們，非常非常的開心。管家服務也很貼心，手寫板心意卡，水果，兒童牙刷，真心推介！
