酒店房间太小，性价比不高，360的房间加了130才换了一个稍微大一点的，图片里面的房间要500多，性价比太低了。

住了一晚亲子房，两个1.2米的床和一个给孩子玩的帐篷，孩子很喜欢帐篷，自己躲在里面玩的不亦乐乎。房间走廊上有很明显的瓷砖破了没有处理，地板也有顽固污渍没有擦掉，晚上睡觉时中央空调有很明显的流水声影响睡眠。另外电视时不时网络断开，希望酒店加强一下。整体而言在宜昌的酒店里面已经算是不错的体验了。

住了两晚，酒店的细节很多都做得不错，但是早餐的时候发生了一个不愉快的小插曲，我们一行5人想坐在一张桌子，找了4人位准备加一个椅子，一个女服务员说不要这样。好，我们拼了两张桌子，她又不爽的道：你们就非要这样吗？这个态度简直醉人……所有好的印象都一扫而光，首先没有热心帮助客人解决问题，其次不注意表达令人反感。希望加强培训吧
