老旧脏，床太软，被子超厚，空调不给力。总台的小哥办入住办了20多分钟，不停地打私人电话。给了间特别吵的房，对面是个健康体验店，人来人往。

非常糟糕,我房卡掉了,张口就要我赔100元,没有任何条款,不同意就不退押金,明显的没有尽告之义务!我是没时间,有时间非要到消费者协会投诉!
