以前在成度住过同名的酒店，感觉不错这次去宜昌选了这家，这次入住感觉服务太差了，1入住到店给倒杯水喝，付完款离店前在大堂等了2个小时，一杯水也不给了，感觉钱到手再也不管了，2我们是五月入住的，那天室内温度28度，热得都快受不了，孩子热得根本睡不着，找前台几次都不开空调，那晚热得都没有休息好，3酒店硬件设施不错，楼道里别的什么没有，但是发的**小卡片到处是，我们带着孩子去的，这样的酒店根本不适合带孩子去住，管理太差了！

非常不错的酒店，装修风格时尚大气，不同于其他酒店，工作人员非常不错，服务热情周到，房间干净整洁，物品摆放很用心，大床很柔软舒适，睡了个好觉！大家真的可以体验一下，绝对超乎想象……

离宜昌东站非常近，汽车站楼上，赶火车或者参加当地游都非常方便。自己没入住，是帮别人订的，回来说是房间非常好，舒适宽敞。
