非常糟糕的一次预定，先不说房间的陈设如何。我是提前几天就预定了，其中还有一个预定是扣了信用卡做担保的，可是中午就退房了，到第二天酒店还迟迟不确认入住，导致我担保无法退回，返现也无法操作。和酒店打电话催促几次无果，最后还是反馈给了艺龙平台解决。更生气的是，办理入住的时候前台一次性扣除了我的预售权，可是退房的时候结账居然把账也算错，多扣了我54元钱，然后又是反复打电话给酒店，最终才把钱返给我。这是有史以来最闹心的一次预定。
