非常好的酒店，9月29日五点入住，30日十一点半离店，时间不长，感触很深！酒店依山傍水，面临长江，周围绿绿葱葱，环境相当不错。房间干净整洁，所有服务人员面带微笑，服务热情、仔细周到！餐厅的菜品口味相宜，感觉很好！总之，五星好评，以后有机会还住这！

服务台态度不好，出尔反尔忽悠人。订的两间房洗澡花洒都有毛病，专门报修让服务员来修的。
酒店在半山腰景区里，环境我喜欢，靠在江边，半山腰。

无法述说的烂，服务态度极差，房间潮湿，霉味严重！服务员爱理不理，拽的跟二五八万似的！除了酒店环境还ok外，设施简直一塌糊涂！我一般是不愿评论的！但有时候这也太欺人太甚啦

首先是环境好，应该是西陵峡景区最好的酒店，下去到景区就几分钟；然后是服务态度好，前台美女还主动帮我拎行李让我很意外，诚心推荐这家酒店！
